• Bioretention planting systems to naturally filter stormwater before it reaches Breakout Creek, improving downstream water health.
• Heat‑resistant pavements and reclaimed‑water irrigation, reducing heat absorption and supporting long‑term water conservation.
• A strong circular‑economy focus, with 36m³ of recyclables, 30 tonnes of organic waste and 6 tonnes of steel diverted from landfill, plus 150 tonnes of recycled rubble reused on site.

• Two electric BBQs
• Stone seating areas and timber benches
• New shade structures
• A drinking water fountain
• Accessible pathways and event‑ready lighting
